Instigator Jukebox 108 - CHUCK BERRY

CHUCK BERRY. Fuck I love listening to the Chuck Berry music. If you find it, get the Great 28, which is an excellent greatest hits package. Chuck Berry did more for Rock N' Roll guitar and rock in general than any of the other early forefathers, yet he gets little praise for it. Without him there would be no one else. His riffing and rock tunes stand tall today, 50 years after they first came out and scared the crap out of the straights. Everyone from Creedence Clearwater Revival in the 60's to the Ramones in the 70's to Mudhoney in the 80's/90's knows that when you want to bring rock back from it's pompous excess, you must return to the roots, to CHUCK FUCKING BERRY.
